Insulating Fire Brick Packing and Export Guide

Good packing is essential for insulating fire bricks. IFB products are lightweight and easy to handle, but edges and corners can be damaged during long-distance transport if cartons, pallets and loading plans are not controlled.

Common packing methods

Standard export packing usually includes cartons and pallets. For distributor channels, neutral packaging, private label cartons or customer-specific marks can be arranged before shipment.

Protect corners and reduce movement

Damage often happens when bricks move inside cartons or pallets during handling. Proper carton size, pallet wrapping and container loading help reduce breakage and make resale easier.

Mixed containers for distributors

Many distributors need mixed grades or mixed sizes for local stock. A clear packing list should separate IFB23, IFB26, IFB28, IFB30 and custom sizes so warehouse teams can receive and resell efficiently.

Documents and labeling

Before shipment, confirm product names, grade marks, carton labels, pallet marks, quantity per carton and any private label requirements. Clear documentation helps avoid confusion after arrival.
